Property Development Initial Site Survey

The purpose of the Initial Site Survey is to identify opportunities and challenges in building and services placement and also to establish the views in a 360 degree image from various floors, thus allowing you to adjust your floor pricing model based upon the expected views.

• • Licensed Pilot: (Royal Thai Air-force issued Pilots license) 

  • Air Camera-Operator: (Experienced aerial cinematographer)

  • Air Safety Officer: (Thailand Film Office Licensed International Film Coordinator, Royal Thai Air-force issued Pilots license)

Excludes:

• • If location outtside of Bangkok city, there will be transport charges (Pattaya, Huahin allow 6,000 THB)

Flight Permissions:

• • You must provide the authority for us to fly over the area of operation.
