International Brand Ambassadors Program

This Brand Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between: BVP Magnus Co., Ltd., a Bangkok, Thailand company with principal offices at Exchange Tower, 29th Floor, 388 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110 Thailand and Ambassador Name], located at [Address] (“Ambassador”).
Ambassador agrees to promote and refer potential clients to the Company for film production services. Ambassador acts as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company.
Ambassador will receive referral compensation as outlined in the Brand Ambassador Program guidelines.
A referral is eligible for compensation only after a contract is signed and payment is received by the Company.
Compensation terms may be adjusted at Company discretion with written notice.
Company does not guarantee project acceptance, minimum compensation, or continued participation in the program.
This Agreement is non-exclusive. Both parties may engage in similar relationships with other companies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ambassador agrees to keep confidential all non-public information, including pricing, client data, and project details, both during and after the term of this Agreement.
Ambassador may reference collaboration with Company for portfolio purposes only with Company approval.
Any Company branding or trademarks may be used solely as authorized.
Screen or IMDb credit is subject to client approval and project agreements.
Ambassador agrees to represent the Company professionally and accurately and shall not make false or misleading claims regarding services.
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until terminated.
Either party may terminate with 14days written notice.
Company may terminate immediately for misconduct or breach.
Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
