Equipment Rental Terms

Terms and Services

Store hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
If you book at least 1 day in advance, pick-up and return can be arranged 24 hours a day.

• If you miss your scheduled pick-up/return time and do not arrive within 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled. You will then have to pick up or return equipment during store hours only.

• If you booked pick-up/return outside store hours and arrive more than 30 minutes late, a late fee of 100 THB/hour will be charged. If you do not wish to pay, you can pick up or return during regular store hours instead.
  
  

Rental Process:

1. Inform the date and time you want to rent.

2. Specify the equipment and accessories you need.

3. Pay the full rental price OR pay a 50% deposit and the balance upon pick-up to secure your booking.
   Once your booking is locked, it can be rescheduled once only — for hourly bookings, notify at least 30 minutes before pick-up; for daily/queue bookings, notify at least 1 day in advance.

Required Rental Documents:

1. Proof of payment (bank transfer slip or cash).

2. Name used for the booking + phone number.

3. A photo of your ID card or any identity verification document of the person picking up the equipment.
   If you transfer payment but do not provide full booking information within 30 minutes, no refund will be given under any circumstance.

Equipment Rental Conditions:

1. Hourly rentals: pick-up 15 minutes before booking time; return up to 15 minutes after booking time.

2. Queue/daily rentals: pick-up 1 hour before booking time; return up to 1 hour after booking time.

3. If you need delivery, pick-up, or extra accessories, you must notify before payment.

4. Bookings can be rescheduled once only (with proper notice and without affecting other customers’ bookings).

5. If you paid a deposit and cannot be contacted within 30 minutes of pick-up time, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited (contact via Facebook or Instagram).

6. If you return equipment late, you agree to pay the additional hourly rate. If you booked less than the standard rate, you cannot change the rental time afterward.

7. If your late return causes another customer’s booking to be cancelled, you agree to cover all resulting damages.

8. Any damage or accident caused by the renter must be fully compensated by the renter.

9. Booking cancellations must be made within 30 minutes after the booking is confirmed. If later than that, no refund will be given.

10. The renter agrees not to pawn, sell, or lose the equipment. Any violation may result in legal action and full compensation.

11. If equipment is found to be defective without the renter’s fault, take a photo or video of the issue and contact the store immediately. If CCTV confirms the issue, the rental fee will be refunded.

Special Services:

• Rent a camera + 1 lens (not including free kit lens) and receive free edited photos: all original photos + half edited (based on rental price). Cameras are set to shoot RAW files; if settings are changed, editing will not be provided.

• Free delivery and pick-up for rentals over 400 THB within CMU, Think Park, and Baan Kang Wat. For other areas, 20 THB/km (includes round trip).

• After returning the camera, files will be delivered via Google Drive within 24 hours (link valid for 1 month; files backed up for 2 months).

• For delivery or pick-up requests, you must notify before booking payment. The store does not use third-party delivery services.

• If the store waits over 15 minutes when delivering or picking up, you must pick up/return at the store — delivery fee will not be refunded.

• If the SD card is full, you can exchange it at the store (64GB for hourly/queue rentals, 128GB for daily rentals).

• If you request delivery by rider, courier, or if the person picking up does not match the provided ID, a security deposit of 80% of the equipment cost will be required.
