Explanation of Services & Disclaimer

● 1-hour flight / 45-minute flight / 30-minute flight

Embark on a sightseeing flight from and to Klong 11 Airpark (near Bangkok), soaring through the skies in a modern, luxurious and comfortable CESSNA 208 GRAND CARAVAN EX. If the flight should depart from a different airfield or airport, repositioning costs and other fees (e.g. airport parking, landing fees, etc.) will apply.

● Daily Standby Fee

A daily fee to ensure aircraft availability on standby at a specific airfield or airport, and can thus be used for ground-photoshoots as well as flights. During this period of 24 hours, the aircraft will be ready to serve any of your needs. Any other services on top of this fee, it will be additionally charged.

● Ground Photoshoot

We provide full access to our aircraft on the ground – outside and inside. This is an opportunity for customers to conduct their own photoshoots in the presence of our plane for up to 2 hours. We ensure a trained engineer is on site who can provide information on what can and cannot be done. This service does not include photographers, flights or other services.

Additional hours are charged from 20,000 THB pending aircraft availability.

● Livery Customization (3 to 5 square meters, 6 to 10 square meters, and 11 to 20 square meters stickers attachment). We will provide our plane to be your “unique canvas”. Prices vary according to the decal size, serving you the enjoyable experience and flexibility to freely express your creativity and make your aircraft truly one-of-a-kind. Please contact us for specific requirements, as pricing depends largely on decal size, paint requirements, and the duration of the advertisement.

● Pricing Variation: Prices may vary based on specific requests, date, availability, and any additional  customization requested, places and notice period.

● Airfield/airport: our current base is Klong 11 airfield, around 40-60 minutes from Central Bangkok. If the aircraft is required to be at another location, additional repositioning and other fees will apply, based on location and airport. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

● Customized Services: For services not listed, or for customized requests, please contact us for a personalized quote.

● No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the availability of services for the specific time; therefore, the price is subject to change without prior notice.

● Notice Period: Our price is also subject to a time frame of a notice period, please contact us for additional information.

Aircraft:  Gulfstream G200 (10 passenger seats)
Price:     Exterior shooting: 85,000 THB/ hour       (minimum 2 hours required)
Interior shooting: 180,000 THB/ hour      (minimum 2 hours required)

REMARKS:

• Price above is for shooting activity at Hangar/ in front of, no any flight movement. The coordination with AOT would have to be done by the client, it takes at least 15 business days with additional fee applicable. Payment needs to be made directly to AOT, storyboard and documentation will be required.

• There is overtime charge applicable should the mission not be within normal work hours/ days. (exclusive of above price quoted)

• In case of exterior, interior, flight movement shooting, the operator’s approval depends on storyboard, mission details and crew duty time limitation.

• Upon your confirmation, full pre-payment including security deposit will be required to secure your reservation.

• In case of no damages after shooting, security deposit will be fully refundable in the next business day.

• Kindly note that for any additional shooting hours occurred, fraction of 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes.

• Price quoted above is exclusive of additional charges below.

• Operating hour is subject to AOT’s approval which is during 08.30-17.30 Hrs.

• Shooting on bay, runway or airstrip is normally not allowed by the AOT. In case of shooting at other airport, charter flight hours (approximately USD 9,000/ flight hour) from/ to Don Muang Airport (aircraft home base) will be involved and permission also has to be requested directly to AOT.

ADDITIONAL FILM SHOOTING CHARGES DETAILED

• Towing Fee: 15,000 THB/ time

• APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) generates lights and air-conditioning system in-flight. If required, it is charged at 55,000 THB/hour (minimum of 30 minutes).

• GPU (Ground Power Unit) generates power for lighting when aircraft is on the ground and its engine is not started. If required, it is charged at 25,000 THB/ hour (minimum of 30 minutes).

• Security deposit: 200,000 THB (inclusive of 7% VAT) is required in advance to cover any damages occurred to the aircraft. Nonetheless, clients are bound to be responsible for indemnity in full amount should damages figure above security deposit.

• Airport Ramp Pass: to be issued by AOT, arranged and paid directly by the client

• Transportation: entrance permit to be arranged and paid directly by the client

• Sticker adhesion/ wrapping: if required, to be advised later
