GENERAL INFORMATION – Film/ Photo shooting expenses

Price:
Exterior shooting: 85,000 THB/ hour (minimum 2 hours required)
Interior shooting: 180,000 THB/ hour (minimum 2 hours required)

BVP Project Manager 10,000.00 THB Day (Film Office Licensed)

REMARKS:

Price above is for shooting activity at Hangar/ in front of, no any flight movement. The coordination with AOT would have to be done by the client, it takes at least 15 business days with additional fee applicable. Payment needs to be made directly to AOT, storyboard and documentation will be required.
There is overtime charge applicable should the mission not be within normal work hours/ days. (exclusive of above price quoted)
In case of exterior, interior, flight movement shooting, the operator’s approval depends on storyboard, mission details and crew duty time limitation.
Upon your confirmation, full pre-payment including security deposit will be required to secure your reservation.
In case of no any damages after shooting, security deposit will be fully refundable in the next business day.
Kindly note that for any additional shooting hours occurred, fraction of 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes.

Price quoted above is exclusive of additional charges below.
Operating hour is subject to AOT’s approval which is during 08.30-17.30 Hrs.
Shooting on bay, runway or airstrip is normally not allowed by the AOT. In case of shooting at other airport, charter flight hours (approximately USD 67,000/ flight hour) from/ to Don Muang Airport (aircraft home base) will be involved and permission also has to be requested directly to AOT.

ADDITIONAL FILM SHOOTING CHARGES DETAILED

Towing Fee: 12,000 THB/ time
APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) generates lights and air-conditioning system in-flight. If required, it is charged at 50,000 THB/hour (minimum of 30 minutes).
GPU (Ground Power Unit) generates power for lighting when aircraft is on the ground and its engine is not started. If required, it is charged at 22,000 THB/ hour (minimum of 30 minutes).
Security deposit: 160,500 THB (inclusive of 7% VAT) is required in advance to cover any damages occurred to the aircraft. Nonetheless, clients are bound to be responsible for indemnity in full amount should damages figure above security deposit.
Airport Ramp Pass: to be issued by AOT, arranged and paid directly by the client
Transportation: entrance permit to be arranged and paid directly by the client
Sticker adhesion/ wrapping: if required, to be advised later
